Martin Eden Summary

Martin Eden is a 21-year-old sailor, as a result of an accidental opportunity, he meets Ruth, falls in love with her, and with her family, her life. In order to match Ruth he works hard. He reads a plethora of books. Ruth helps him to study writing. Martin writes 40 drafts circling unceasingly throughout in various magazine company. He doesn’t understand why his own works aren’t accepted, but these have a liking for the spiritless thing always. He looks for Ruth, reads his work to her, asks her to judge.
